What happens when families receive postpartum support?
Wolf Pack nurtures new moms and parents so they can focus on resting, bonding, integrating, and adapting to their new family configuration.
How do wolves raise their pups?
In a wolf pack, the mama wolf is not alone in caring for the pups. When the pups are newborn, other pack members bring food to the mother so she does not have to leave the den.
Rituals of postpartum support are still practiced in many communities around the world, and were common in traditional cultures. When mothers and parents receive care from supportive adults at this crucial time of transition, they can focus on resting, bonding, and adapting to their new family dynamic.
