THE WOLF PACK WAY
Wolf Pack Doula provides focused care to postpartum parents and families in the precious first moments of welcoming new life.
The Wolf Pack Way
The Postpartum Care Package is the cornerstone of the Wolf Pack practice. Designed to provide deep and comprehensive supportive care for postpartum parents and families over 6 weeks following birth. Consistent care for postpartum parents from a skilled doula allows greater depth of support at a time of greater need.
The Wolf Pack Vision
We are a thriving collective of healthcare and supportive care practitioners including doulas, birth workers, and alternative women’s and family health practitioners.
The Wolf Pack Mission
We seek to provide postpartum support to all parents within our area of service and to provide access to community health practitioners for all families regardless of ability to pay.
Partnership
Wolf Pack seeks partners who share our mission and will provide support in funding and outreach and referrals.

“Gardeners know that you must nourish the soil if you want healthy plants. You must water the plants adequately, especially when seeds are germinating and sprouting, and they should be planted in a nutrient-rich soil. Why should nutrition matter less in the creation of young humans than it does in young plants? I'm sure that it doesn't.”

New Baby Sleep Support
Sleep can be one of the biggest mysteries and challenges for new parents.
Wolf Pack Doula will come to your home to assess your current sleep program, create a customized sleep plan, and follow up with you after two to three weeks to check in and make adjustments if needed.

Elimination Communication (EC) Training
Wolf Pack Doula provides this service anytime from before the birth up until as long as families need it to learn how the philosophy of EC empowers parents to read their little humans’ signals and begin dialoging with them about pottying and other basic needs from Day 1.
-
Extended Postpartum & Older Infant Care
Some service providers say the postpartum period is over after six weeks but Wolf Pack Doula acknowledges that each family’s needs are different and some require support for longer than others.
Wolf Pack Doula provides extended postpartum care for families from two to four months after the birth.
